Prof. Sebastien Lafrance

He is Crown Counsel (Prosecutor) for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada and Professor of Law at Université Libre d’Haïti. He clerked for the Hon’ble Marie Deschamps of the Supreme Court of Canada (2010-2011) and for the Hon’ble Michel Robert, Chief Judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal (2008-2009). He was also a part-time Professor of Law at the University of Ottawa (2010-2013). He has published several book chapters and articles in Canada, India and Vietnam (in English, French and Vietnamese) on various legal issues. He is a public speaker on plethora of legal issues and different areas of the law around the world, in 18 countries so far. He is also a polyglot speaking 25 languages and is fluent in 18 of them.

Ms. Akshita Saxena

Akshita is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Noida, where she completed her BBA LLB in 2019. She has since been working with LiveLaw Media, where in a short span she has had 1800+ reports published. She actively covers parliamentary debates for the said legal news portal and excels in rapid reporting. She is an avid researcher with keen interest in Constitutional Law and aims to dedicate her career to law and policy research.
